Vault Doors

One of the biggest challenges facing bussiness and banking institutes today is the selction of physical protection that will withstand attacks with sophisticated mechanical equipment, grinders, thermal cutting and explosives. Vault Doors incorporate the latest materials to protect against many forms of attack including drilling, oxygen cutting and explosives.

Konstrukce
Construction consists of outer and inner steel plates that are continuously welded to form a casing that encloses a seamless cast of barrier material, Borox F(TM) giving it an overall thickness of 125 mm.

Borox F(TM) is a South African developed Chubb barrier material that compares very favourably with international barrier materials. The ultra hard composite provides unmatched protection protection and consists of a very high density fibre strengthened matrix specially formulated to resist attack.

Standard Locking
The Category 3 Vault Door has two high security eight lever key locks plus one keyless combination vault lock with dial check lock and anti-observation shield giving one hundred million different code changes.

Category 4 Vault Doors offers one keyless combination with dial check lock and anti-observation shied giving giving one hundred million different code chaanges and two chubb high security eight lever key locks and loose bitted keys.

Both Vault Doors can be fitted with locks that suit particular requirements.

Lock Protection
There are six live re-lockers on each lock and glass re-lockers on each combination lock. All locks are mounted on independent protection plates to resist precision drill attacks.

Frame and gate
The door frame fabricated from steel plate is welded to form a single structure of uniform strenghth. Doors come standard with place with space saving double leaf grille gates that are fitted with three Chubb 3G110 security key locks.

Additional Doors and Finishing
The ChVD range is complemented by a range of doors enhancing specific attack criteria. These include Anti-Lance Barriers, specific monitoring requirements and doors with barriers up to 400mm thick. ChVD are finished to costumer specifications.
